We have endeavored to develop online instructional tools for both professional chefs and the home cook. Currently we offer two courses which can be found on this website. The course Vegan Cuisine for the Commercial Kitchen is designed for aspiring commercial chefs and advanced cooks wishing to hone there skills in Vegan Cuisine. This course is not available in the store but the enrollment procedure can be accessed on the home page of this website along with more detailed information.

A popular course just being released is Be Your Own Private Chef , designed for the home cook. It can be purchased and downloaded in the store.
