This product is perfect for home use and camping as well. Made entirely from natural and healthy ingredients. It can be prepared in a variety of ways and with other supplemental ingredients as well. The product is vegan when prepared with only the ingredients in the package. A variety of cooking instructions are provided. Our testing indicated that the soup was ready to eat in about 50 minutes. The package provides approximately 8 cups of soup when using only the ingredients in the package. Tastes great just the way it is. All you really have to add in water and cook following the directions.

Ingredients: Barley, herbs & spices , dehydrated vegetables ( potatoes, carrots, celery, bell peppers, and chopped onion. Vegetable Base: Yeast extract, vegetable extracts of celery seed, oleorsin and mustard oil. Real salt, potato flour, bell pepper, tomato and ground rice hull. No artificial flavors, preservatives or added MSG.
