Vegan Culinary Academy 1000-Hour Apprenticeship

Our unique, vegan Apprenticeship is 1000 contact hours. The curriculum is composed of:

● Training on the job

● Professional Food Safety Management Certification recognized nationally.

● Vegetarian Nutrition for Food Service

● Vegetable and Fruit Sculpting and food presentation

● Introduction to Raw Cuisine

● Tools and Equipment

● Knife Skills

● Cold Kitchen

● Hot Kitchen
