Food Sculpting with Certified Executive Chef Duey

Join world-renowned, award-winning, Chef Duey for a three-hour, hands-on, class of vegetable and fruit sculpture.  He teaches fun, easy-to-learn, artistic skills using fruits and vegetables as a medium.  Registration fee of $30 includes tools for class projects and vegan buffet meal.

Choose one of three class times:

9:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon
2 p.m.,- 5:00 p.m.
6 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

Vegan Buffet:  12:15 p.m. - 1: p.m.  or  5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
