We welcome you to the world of Vegan Culinary Arts.  This web site is for anyone wishing to enhance his or her skills in the culinary arts, with particular emphasis on plant-based food.

The Vegan Culinary Academy is located in the heart of the world famous Napa Valley and provides the opportunity to learn in a variety of culinary environments.  Classes are conducted at various locations.
